Streakout may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

You must not use those contact details for unsolicited advertising, spam, harassment, or automated bulk messages.
Automated access and data mining
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, AI agents, or other automated systems to access or interact with the Services for bulk extraction, monitoring, copying, reproduction, dataset creation, model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, grounding, generating derived content, or developing competing products or services.
Streakout expressly reserves all rights to text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and applicable implementing laws, including for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Machine-readable notices published by Streakout form part of this reservation.
This section does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing that complies with our published crawler instructions or any use that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Intellectual property
The Streakout app, website, software, design, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Streakout and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Streakout content except with prior written permission or where permitted by law.
Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Apple Health and other Apple product and service names, software, interfaces, symbols, images, and materials remain the property of Apple Inc. or its licensors and are used subject to their applicable licenses and guidelines.
Streakout is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
Liability
Streakout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streakout and its operator are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website, app, data, insights, or resources.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to Streakout, the law, or how the Services operate. Changes take effect from the date they are published.
