Adding workouts
It's currently not possible to log workouts to Apple Health with Streakout, you'll need a third-party app for that, e.g. Apple Fitness, Ōura, Nike Run Club, Garmin Connect, etc.
My workouts do not show up
If your workouts do not show up in the Streakout app, one of following might be the case:
Data is not stored in Apple Health
Please make sure that your workout data is stored in Apple Health. You can do that by opening the Apple Health app and navigating to "Workouts" › "Show All Data" (bottom). If you do not see entries for your workouts here, you might need to enable Apple Health syncing in the app you are using to track your workouts.
Missing permissions
When you open the Streakout app for the first time, you should be prompted to grant permissions to read your workout data from Apple Health. If you denied permissions by accident, you can grant them in the Apple Health app under "Profile" › "Apps" › "Streakout".
Activity Type is excluded
By default, Streakout excludes the Walking, Wheelchair Walk Pace, and Transition activity types to avoid cluttering the timeline. If you want to track these activity types, you can enable it by checking the respective boxes in the app under "Settings" › "Tracked exercises".
Older workout is missing
Starting with iOS 27, Apple Health lets you choose how much historical data an app can access. If you granted Streakout access only to data from the last 30 days, older workouts cannot be included in your stats and insights.
To restore access, open the Apple Health app and go to "Profile" › "Apps" › "Streakout", then allow access to all historical data.
